Reporting Timelines & Deadlines

Schools should establish annual reporting calendars identifying:

• Data submission deadlines
• Enrollment reporting periods
• Grade reporting timelines
• Transcript processing timelines
• Graduation reporting schedules
• Accreditation reporting deadlines

System Deadlines: Opening Reports are hard-frozen by the system on October 5. Closing Reports are hard-frozen on July 15. Schools must ensure reports are verified and frozen prior to these dates.

Registrars should communicate reporting deadlines clearly to faculty and staff and monitor compliance consistently.
