Approved SIS Systems

The North American Division has approved the following Student Information Systems for use by NAD schools. Each of these platforms is configured to transmit data directly to the Data Rollup server in the required format:

  • AE-Connect — the Adventist Education-specific full-featured SIS platform, deeply integrated with the NAD data ecosystem and Accreditrac. Supporting enrollment management, grading, attendance, and family communication(including multiple language integrations), with direct integration to Data Rollup.
  • FACTS SIS (formerly RenWeb) — a full-featured SIS platform supporting enrollment management, grading, attendance, and family communication, with direct integration to Data Rollup.
  • Jupiter Ed (Jupiter) — a web-based SIS and gradebook platform designed for K–12 schools, with established Data Rollup integration.
  • CA SIS (Collegedale Academy) — a school-specific system recognized as a Data Rollup-compatible source.

Schools should consult with their Conference Superintendent or Union Education office before selecting or changing an SIS platform to ensure the chosen system meets all current NAD requirements.
