Non-Compliant Systems
Schools using SIS platforms that are not approved by NAD, or that are not configured to transmit data to Data Rollup, are considered to be operating outside the standard reporting framework. These schools must still meet all NAD reporting expectations and are subject to the same deadlines and accuracy requirements as schools using approved systems.
Schools in this situation must work with their Conference Superintendent and Data Manager to establish an alternative data submission pathway. This typically involves:
- Using the manual data entry portal within Data Rollup to enter Opening and Closing Report information.
- Coordinating with conference staff to ensure that all required reports are accurately completed and frozen by the applicable deadlines.
- Developing a plan to transition to an approved SIS within a timeframe agreed upon with the conference.
Schools should utilize Student Information Systems that:
- Support accurate transcript generation
Align with NAD Dashboard/Data Rollup requirements
