The registrar supports academic scheduling and graduation pathway planning.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with master schedule development
- Building student schedules
- Monitoring graduation requirements
- Managing add/drop procedures
- Maintaining course records
- Supporting academic placement decisions
- Monitoring instructional time requirements
- Coordinating online and external coursework approvals
The registrar should work closely with administration to ensure:
- Courses align with graduation requirements
- Scheduling supports student success
- Academic pathways remain clearly documented
- Course offerings comply with NAD and accreditation expectations
