The registrar supports academic scheduling and graduation pathway planning.

 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assisting with master schedule development
  • Building student schedules
  • Monitoring graduation requirements
  • Managing add/drop procedures
  • Maintaining course records
  • Supporting academic placement decisions
  • Monitoring instructional time requirements
  • Coordinating online and external coursework approvals

The registrar should work closely with administration to ensure:

  • Courses align with graduation requirements
  • Scheduling supports student success
  • Academic pathways remain clearly documented
  • Course offerings comply with NAD and accreditation expectations
