Registration
Many schools have pre-registration in the spring of the year. Some schools give an entrance fee discount for pre-registrants.
Schools may choose to publish registration information in church bulletins, the school website, and the local newspaper. Registration announcements are also sometimes posted on the school property.
Registration packets or online registration information should be provided for each returning student and each potential new family. Check with your Local Conference Office of Education for a list of their required registration forms.
Registration should include:
- Registration Application
- Financial Agreement
- Consent to Treatment
- Student Handbook
- Acknowledgement
- Student Release Permission
- Photo Release
- Physical Exam (according to government regulations)
- Immunization Certificate
- Student Record Release
- Technology Acceptable Use Policy
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
- REACH MAP/IEP/504 plan (if applicable)

- Classroom Supply List
- School Calendar
- School Handbook
- Welcome/Information Letter (i.e., daily schedule, hot lunch info, special projects)
