In many junior academies, registrar duties may be shared among:

• Principal/Head of School
• Administrative assistant
• School secretary
• Registrar
• Business office personnel
• Teachers

Schools should clearly identify:

• Who maintains cumulative records
• Who processes transcripts
• Who manages SIS data
• Who monitors graduation pathways
• Who communicates with senior academies
• Who oversees enrollment reporting

Responsibility assignments should be documented and reviewed annually.
