Welcome to the North American Division Academy Registrar Handbook. This handbook has been developed to support registrars, principals, school office personnel, and educational leaders serving within Seventh-day Adventist secondary schools across the North American Division (NAD).

The work of the registrar is essential to the mission and operation of Adventist education. Registrars serve as stewards of student academic records, enrollment processes, graduation verification, transcript integrity, and institutional reporting. Their work supports not only school operations, but also the educational, professional, and spiritual journeys of students and families.

This handbook is intended to provide guidance, consistency, operational clarity, and best practices for registrar responsibilities within NAD senior and junior academies.
