Description: The Office Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Institutional Effectiveness (IE) office. Duties include, but may not be limited to:
collection and maintenance of accreditation files, prepareation of survey report data using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and SPSSs), communicate with departments, support IE initiative by coordinating and assisting with department events, update IE calendar and website, collect faculty syllabi. This position will help increase the efficiency and capacity of the IE department
Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required; Microsoft Office and Adobe certifications useful • At least two years’ experience required, preferably in higher education • Must have good interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and organized • Must possess some basic knowledge of statistics and pivot tables • Must successfully complete the clerical examination with 70% accuracy, including typing speed of 40 words per minute with 70% accuracy.
