Description: In harmony with North American Division policies serves as officer of Blue Mountain Academy (Academy) with responsibility for financial operations. Provides administrative, financial, marketing and development leadership to the Academy. Serves as trustee of the funds it receives and the necessary policy and administrative coordination of the financial operations within the Academy. Serves as the marketing and development officer, marketing and developing all aspects of the Academy from recruiting new students to developing donations and industries, and selling product developed by the industry and farm.
Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in accounting, business or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
